1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, depositing funds, or using any services provided by RinggitChain Technology Sdn. Bhd. ("RinggitChain MY"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using the platform.
2. Eligibility & Account Verification (eKYC)
- You must be at least 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in Malaysia.
- You agree to provide accurate and truthful information upon registration. Identity verification (eKYC) must be completed before making major withdrawals.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and two-factor authentication (2FA) security.
3. Investment Risks & Projected Returns Disclaimer
All investment activities involve inherent financial risk. Projected monthly returns (e.g. Sukuk yields, Bursa equity dividends, ETF returns) are calculated based on historical benchmarks and market performance estimates and are not guaranteed returns. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Capital values may fluctuate with market conditions.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Fees
- Deposits are accepted via FPX, DuitNow, or bank transfers from registered Malaysian bank accounts under your verified identity name.
- Withdrawals will only be credited to verified Malaysian bank accounts belonging to the registered user.
- Management fees are transparently disclosed and embedded in fund pricing without hidden maintenance charges.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
